POST YOUR OWN EVENT NOW... IT'S EASY: |
|
• Add an event: Click on the icon for the date you would like to add an entry, or click on the "Add New Entry" link (located on the lower section of the calendar grid)
• Event Detail: Complete all the "Add Entry" information boxes: a brief description or title, and the full description
• Date: complete the date section by using the arrows to enact the dropdown menus, and select the appropriate date
• Time: Complete the time section by using the dropdown menu below the Date section. Chose the start time by filling in the information boxes, then fill in the duration to set the complete timeframe (untimed events will not be posted)
• Access - Priority - Category: If you do not see options to select these dropdown menu's, use the scrollbar located at the bottom of the form to scroll to the right... Access should remain "Public" otherwise the event will not be seen by everyone... Priority can be set to your preference, and Category must be set to the designated location (i.e. - "NYC" for all metro events, "FI-Grove & FI-Pines" for FI community events, and so on). If your event takes place outside these categories, and you would like to post it, simply place "OUTSIDE AREA" as the top line in the body of the full description, and we will add your locale to the calendar for this and all future postings!
• Save: Be sure to click the "Save" button on the lower left of the form to complete your event entry
• That's it! : Your entry is added, and once approved by the webmaster, it will be visible to everyone. Do not re-enter events, they will appear in a timely fashion. If you do not see your entry, simply drop us a note at "EMAIL US" and we will follow-up with you.
