New York City and sometime Fire Island residents Andrew Loren Resto and John Philip are spending time this summer in Hudson, New York-considered the new Provincetown on the Hudson, with a growing gay population and artists' colony. Andrew is a co-chair of the Arts Council there this year and looking forward to the big October art show, to which he will be contributing several paintings and a performance piece. Hudson Pride took place on June 21 and Andrew danced two blocks on the Hudson Antique Dealers Association float-to great acclaim. "It's nice to be asked to be asked to be the go-go boy hottie when you are 'post 40-or maybe more!," Andrew said.
