Dee Mosbacher Receives Barbara Gittings Award at QFest "Training Rules" Screening

Dee Mosbacher receives Award

Activist filmmaker and co-director and -producer of "Training Rules" Dee Mosbacher was presented with Philadelphia Q Fest and Equality Forum's Barbara Gittings Award, named for the late veteran activist, at a QFest screening of Mosbacher and Fawn Yacker's film at the Prince Music Theater on July 18.
